Your Job

Lead Project team to achieve cost and time target and remove any barriers in realizing a new product smoothly launch at Molex KunShan business site.

What You Will Do

• New product introduction: Ensure that all New Products will meet the “Time-to-Volume” dates as committed to customers. Also meet project financial goals (GCA) as project team commitment to Molex.
• Product management: Needs to drive the cost down action to ensure the product meet cost target and profit target. Work with cross function team to settle the product ramp up issue and ensure the new product introduction smoothly.
• Sustaining: Highlight red flags and barriers which can cause project schedule delay to teams or top management for support needed.
• Ensure product team follow customer’s development procedure or requirement in developing a product.
• Host regular review meeting with team members to well realize project development progress and co-work for problem solving to meet committed schedule.
• Digital project management tools (Microsoft project/Jira etc) utilize to assign project task/goals to the team member and milestone tracking. High-level project status summary with quick communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• University degree or above in engineering or similar disciplines.
• At least 3~5 years project management experience with multi-national manufacturing companies
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and inter-personal skills
• Good at English writing and speaking
• Analytically minded, decisive, enjoys leading and achieving results through management of team ……
• Initiative attitude
