The Digital Change Manager reports to the Sr. Manager of Digital Change Management and plays a key role in making this vision a reality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience delivering end-to-end change management for complex, high-profile initiatives, ideally in fast-paced or consulting environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (advanced degree or consulting experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI) and all phases of the change process, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, and adoption planning.
  • Strong background in strategic program execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; able to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
  • Must pass a post-offer background check, including a drug screen.
  • Familiarity with AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or automation, and a forward-thinking mindset toward emerging technologies.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree in business, communications, I/O psychology or a related field (or consulting experience).
  • ACMP’s Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) or working toward certification.
  • Proficiency with multiple change management tools and methodologies (e.g., ACMP Standard, Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Strong project management background
  • Digital marketing experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (to be successful in this role)

  • Skilled in developing and delivering strategic communications, executive presentations, and training using digital and video platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced PowerPoint and Excel; creative development skills are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of change management techniques, tools, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, active listening, and consensus building.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on outcomes.
  • Comfortable advising executives and navigating tight timelines without compromising quality.
  • Data-driven and creative, with a passion for enhancing the employee experience and promoting fact-based decision-making.
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • A natural change agent with a consulting mindset and a drive to challenge the status quo.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Will work in a general office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Employees are required to work at least three (3) days a week on site. Remote work or working at the Zachry Houston office possible, based on the scenario. Capable of operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment. Must possess a vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less.

As a Digital Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and adoption initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience and enabling successful digital advancement and digital fluency with AI and data technologies.

Change Strategy & Adoption

  • Lead execution of change and adoption strategies for enterprise and project-level initiatives involving new technologies and processes.
  • Champion effective planning to ensure successful implementation and sustained use of digital solutions.
  • Apply change management expertise to guide teams through transitions aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to evaluate change scope and stakeholder receptivity.
  • Collaborate with business leads, digital enablement and business SMEs to ensure a unified change approach.

Communication & Engagement

  • Craft communication plans and deliver strategic communications and executive presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure timely, targeted messaging to build awareness, reduce resistance, and drive engagement.

Execution & Support

  • Align change activities with technical implementation plans in partnership with digital enablement.
  • Identify and address risks, resistance, and gaps to support smooth rollouts across technology projects.

Measurement & Improvement

  • Track adoption metrics and report on integrated change and adoption plans.

Drive continuous improvement to maximize business objectives.
