• 客户经营预算及资源分配
• 客户委员会组织与支持

客户经营推动

• 线下客户经营活动策划
• 线上线下客户经营活动推动

营销推动

• 营销员竞赛方案策划
• 营销员竞赛执行推动
• 荣誉体系的搭建与推动

客户关怀

• 孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发

客户开拓及数字化经营推动

• 客户开拓策略/工具开发
• 数字化平台（Navi）应用推广

产服与绩优推动

• 产服综合推动，并入大健康推动职责，承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使
• ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动
• MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动等

大健康职责

• 大健康宣传、推广与培训
• 大健康服务协调及治理对接窗口，协调分公司与总部大健康的对接

任职要求：

• 本科以上学历
• 五年以上相关工作经验
• 具备扎实的市场与营销知识
• 熟悉寿险及健康险产品
• 有创新性思维
• 良好的沟通与表达能力
• 能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
• 良好的解决问题与决断的能力
