About the Role
岗位：专员，银保企划岗
工作职责
1、配合落地公司活动量管理要求，进行数据整理与分析，推动业务队伍日常活动量标准化；
2、根据分公司阶段性业务需求，制定内部竞赛规则，推出竞赛方案，追踪竞赛业绩，推动销售团队的业务达成；
3、策划和实施分公司各项会议、活动，对亮点素材进行收集、推广
根据业务需要，完成总公司与分公司的各项业务分析报告。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、熟悉使用Excel、视频剪辑工具等；
3、具备良好方的案策划案、文案及报告撰写能力。
