What You'll Do:

You’ll join a collaborative and fast-moving team that builds and supports custom trading platforms for leading clients. Our team works closely with developers, system engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams - guiding projects from planning to launch and ensuring smooth operations every step of the way.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed
  • Define and prioritize new features, improvements, and support need
  • Create development plans, assign tasks, and monitor team progress
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation and dashboards
  • Track project performance and key metrics to ensure we stay on target
  • Manage support tickets, help resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate across different internal teams to make sure projects get the right tools and support

Who You Are:

You’re an experienced project manager with a strong technical foundation and a track record of driving projects forward in a collaborative environment. You’re comfortable handling day-to-day communication with clients, managing priorities, and supporting your team through the delivery and support phases.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing technical or software development projects
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and software development workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams
  • Clear and confident communication with both technical teams and clients
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with tools like Graphite and BigQuery
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising or online platforms (nice to have)
  • Ability to manage support issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and escalate when needed
  • A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field

Nice to have skills

  • Knowledge of ad tech ecosystem or programmatic trading platforms
  • Experience with u-Platform or similar internal tools
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring and reporting tools
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Previous experience working in a client-facing technical role
