DESCRIPTION
At Amazon Pay, we're looking for a Senior PMT to scale our offline payments business. You will own the technical strategy and execution to expand Amazon Pay's merchant acceptance network and build solutions that matter for customers.
You will drive Amazon Pay Products adoption, merchant integrations and scale merchant acceptance while working backwards from both merchant and customer needs. This role requires strong technical leadership and a bias for action, focusing on:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption metrics for Amazon Pay products (Amazon Pay Balance, Amazon Pay Later, Co-Branded Credit Cards) across offline merchant networks
- Own end-to-end merchant integration solutions including Dynamic QR, Static QR implementation and store onboarding
- Build and scale middleware solutions and TSP/Aggregator integrations for the merchant ecosystem
- Launch and iterate on in-store payment experiences through device integrations, cards acceptance, and Cards COP
- Drive merchant engagement through Salesforce tools and partnership programs
- Partner with engineering, product, business and operation teams to deliver merchant solutions
- Define and execute technical roadmaps that meet business goals while ensuring operational excellence
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience building technical products and working directly with engineering teams
- Track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments
- Strong technical acumen with ability to dive deep into systems and architectures
- Data-driven decision making with focus on customer experience and operational metrics
You will need to think big while staying focused on the details. Success in this role requires technical depth, customer obsession, and ability to get things done.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
