Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating corrugated machines that produce cardboard boxes. You will work collaboratively in a team environment to feed machines with boxes for labeling, set up equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain the equipment you are working on.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines such as Flexo folder gluer, Label Machine, Rotary Die machine, and Corrugated printing press.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Follow written instructions accurately to set up and operate machinery.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a corrugated environment.
• 2+ years of experience setting up and operating a flexo folder gluer.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to operate machines.
• Experience with 2-3 color flexo folder and specialty folder gluer is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-organized facility with high ceilings and a comfortable atmosphere. The environment is fast-paced and can get a little loud with machines running. Enjoy a good company culture and safe working conditions. The facility has opening on 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
