Job Title: Assembler / Robotic Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of Assembler and Robotic Assembler. These positions are responsible for assembling regulators and maintaining the quality of assembled products by performing quality tests according to prints and test specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain correct print and test specifications.
  • Complete necessary documentation.
  • Stage all needed materials as specified by BOM.
  • Assemble regulators according to documentation and perform quality checks at each assembly stage per print and test specifications.
  • Apply date on each body and stamp them with employee identification code.
  • Box or tray assembled regulators per BOM.
  • Set up robot assembly cell and test equipment according to procedure.
  • Perform robotic cell part changeover and choose correct part program from Cell touch screen.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, and fix faults and stoppages on robot assembly cell.
  • Load and monitor robot assembly cell according to procedure and make adjustments to the robot as needed.
  • Verify date stamp on each body and stamp them with employee identification code upon successful testing.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in assembly and blueprint interpretation.
  • Ability to perform quality and torque checks.
  • Experience with hand tools and robotic assembly.
  • Ability to organize and maintain assembly cell inventory.

Work Environment

Large operation with about 125 employees on the floor. The work schedule for the Assembler is the 1st Shift: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gainesville, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.14 - $16.14/hr.
