Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating production processes and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines. This role involves supervising personnel responsible for blending, filling, securing, and labeling containers as per company and customer specifications. The operator will verify packaged goods against Job Production Orders and instructions, record necessary data, and make equipment adjustments as needed. Competent English skills are required for reading and interpreting production orders and instructions.

Work Environment

The work environment is within a chemical company, characterized by hot, humid, and sometimes very dirty conditions. Safety is a priority, with steel toes, safety glasses, and uniforms provided. The Liquid Department consists of 60 employees, and the job involves very physical duties.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Florence, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
