Job Description:

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and generating new business through inside and outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. Additional responsibilities include:

  • develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
  • establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business
  • involve local recruiting team in business development activities
  • use a CRM system to document sales activities

  • Education: Associate Degree
  • Experience: 36 months
    • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of successful business development experience with at least one of those roles being a B2B Sales position.
