What you’ll do

As an Associate III in Master Data Governance, you’ll be responsible for managing vendor and material master data across multiple systems. You’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance with country-specific regulations, and alignment with global standards. Your role involves resolving discrepancies, maintaining localization attributes, and supporting internal teams through voice and administrative support. You’ll also contribute to process improvement by updating SOPs, performing data cleanups, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and positive experience.

What you bring to the role

You bring a strong understanding of master data processes and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. You’re comfortable working independently, solving complex issues, and engaging with cross-functional teams. Your ability to manage data across systems and apply local legal requirements ensures operational excellence.

Experience and expectations:

  • Around 3–5 years of experience in data governance, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP, MDG, and data validation tools; experience with macros and templates is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage country-specific compliance requirements and localization fields.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
  • Experience in process documentation, data cleanup, and reporting.
