You’ll handle complex network troubleshooting tasks in production systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience.

You will act as a trusted expert, collaborating closely with IT operations, cybersecurity, and support teams, and providing guidance in cross-functional initiatives. Your role will also involve maintaining and improving network documentation standards, proactively identifying areas for optimization, and mentoring team members to strengthen operational maturity and knowledge sharing within the group.

Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, as well as core enterprise protocols such as STP, HSRP, VRRP, DHCP, DNS, and SNMP, is required.

The ideal candidate should also have solid experience with next-generation firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortigate, or Checkpoint), VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL), and network segmentation practices.
