Cloud & ICT Channel Development for International Digital Services

This is a pivotal role that merges passion for technology with exceptional leadership skills to develop new revenue opportunities in Cloud and ICT. In this role, you will proactively identify, onboard and manage relationships with customers and resellers. With a solid foundation in software/ cloud/ solution sales and proven sales track record, you will oversee the sales development and bring in revenue through channel partners and direct sales. We are seeking an experienced, and highly independent individual to join the dynamic team.

Make an Impact by:

  • Lead Channel and Direct Sales Strategy developement.
  • Devise, montior and realize sales targets.
  • Establish and manage overall sales management framework across channel and direct sales.
  • Drive and organize roadshows and events.
  • Establish opportunities and alliance/ partnerships with other Singtel BU.
  • Monitor prospecting, sales leads and sales for SMB target clients.
  • Manage channel conflicts and resolution.
  • Incentive/ commission management.
  • Drive partnerships to optimize channels across Singtel Business Units.
  • Coordination with Product and Delivery on improving customer success.
  • Enhance Digital & Executive Thought Leadership via social media and executive branding.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Business Admin., Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in tech, software and cloud sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales performance.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic channel partnerships.
  • Successfully bringing new products/services to market
  • Understanding of Software and SaaS solutions.
  • Resourceful, proactive, good analytical skills and strong business acumen.
