Job Summary:
Greet all guests with a friendly greeting and utilize company service standards. Accurately tender all guest checks and keep variances to a minimum. This full service restaurant server must be able to carry a tray with use of a tray jack and work in a fast paced environment.
Job Description:
Ability to clean and stock areas; acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers; respond to visual and oral signs; address the guests with any concerns and questions they may have; physical dexterity to carry menus, remove dishes, deliver food, and use cash register, answer phones and assist guests with chairs while seating; provide excellent service; use micros terminals with the least amount of voids/issues; work a fluctuating schedule that includes night, weekends, and holidays.
