The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and as positive as possible. At the forefront of this mission is our Seller Quality Management Team, which is responsible for maintaining the penalty points and seller tags of all sellers on the Shopee platform, responding to seller inquiries about operational metrics in the seller center. By doing so, we strive to provide sellers with the necessary guidance and facilitate their success on Shopee.
