The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and as positive as possible. At the forefront of this mission is our Seller Quality Management Team, which is responsible for maintaining the penalty points and seller tags of all sellers on the Shopee platform, responding to seller inquiries about operational metrics in the seller center. By doing so, we strive to provide sellers with the necessary guidance and facilitate their success on Shopee.

All for the sake of ensuring customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee, to be the ultimate shopping experience!

Job Description:

1. Seller Tag management: Collaborate with other stakeholders (BD/Ops/Legal, etc) to process Onboard/Offboard Mall tag:

  • Review Mall Onboarding Document and Brands Management: Mall Seller's expired document resubmit
  • Whitelist for conditional categories & sub-tag added requests for local and CB seller
  • Work with BPO agents, including training, task assignment, and quality management: Responsible for uploading and maintaining validation of Business documents related to seller/brand information. Handle seller escalation about the Mall tag.

2. Project Coordinator

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand seller operational behaviors & challenges, update new policies to enhance seller quality on Shopee
  • Handle other assigned tasks from the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail and working individually and with others, resourceful in getting the job done
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
