About this role

As an Operations Analyst, you'll be a key player in supporting our client operations across Australia and New Zealand, directly engaging with our partner broker to resolve issues and assist with crucial activities like registration validation and portfolio transfers. You'll also be responsible for analysing and monitoring client operations, acting as the primary support contact for our Customer Service team.
