CNC MACHINIST WITH MILL, LATHE, AND CONVENTIONAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating mills, lathes, and conventional HAAS machines, along with strong mechanical abilities and attention to detail. This position requires the ability to set up and run machines for both production and prototype work while following directions precisely.

Pay: $28 - $34 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mills, lathes, and conventional HAAS machines efficiently and safely.
• Set up machines for both production and prototype manufacturing.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Utilize strong math skills to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience operating mill, lathe, and conventional HAAS machines.
• Strong mechanical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Must be ITAR compliant (U.S. persons only per ITAR regulations).
• Must speak English fluently to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred.
