Responsibilities:
- Process credit card payments from customers as needed.
- Assist in creating invoices and engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Collaborate closely with the team to pull orders and load goods onto customers' trucks.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a related field, particularly in a flooring store, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zoho or QuickBooks is a plus.
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required.
