Express Employment Professionals of Union, NJ is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a busy warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can coordinate effectively between customers and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process and track orders, returns, and deliveries accurately
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, and customer concerns
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Generate reports and assist with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of 3PL / Extensiv is a Huge Plus!
  • Previous customer service or office experience (warehouse or logistics background a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using order entry systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of 3PL / Extensiv a Huge Plus
