PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our Minneapolis team. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build top-quality retail store displays that integrate wood, plastics, metals, and electronics. What You’ll Do

As a Cabinet Assembler, you’ll use both hand tools and advanced woodworking machines to create sleek, high-quality retail displays. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team that turns raw materials into beautifully engineered finished products.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machines including saws, jointers, planers, and shapers
• Trim, glue, fit, and clamp parts with precision to form sturdy subassemblies and units
• Drill holes, drive fasteners, and reinforce joints as needed
• Sand and prep surfaces for finishing
• Install hardware such as hinges and catches
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Follow established processes while working efficiently to meet production goals

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or wood product assembly
• Familiarity with operating woodworking machinery
• Flexibility to work at multiple PDS Tech locations as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
