Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who can deliver exceptional service, build long-term customer relationships, and support sales growth through proactive outreach. This role includes supporting existing customers and conducting light outreach to new potential clients such as follow-ups after quotes or checking in with lapsed accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer communication via phone and email with speed, professionalism, and clarity
- Manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups using internal systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the ordering process
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Inventory, Production) to meet customer needs
- Conduct outreach to existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- Follow up with potential customers to move inquiries forward and keep quotes from falling through the cracks
- Track and record all interactions accurately and efficiently
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve service and internal processes
