Our client specializes in sourcing high quality furniture, finishings and accessories for the residential marketplace. This is an on-site, direct hire career opportunity. Compensation starts at $65,000 to $80,000/year plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a small team
• Communicate effectively with customers and company showrooms
• Maintain and update product listings on company website
• Manage vendor relationships and communications
• Monitor and control product inventory levels
• Draft and respond to internal and external correspondence
• Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Contribute to a collaborative and flexible team environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Formal education or practical experience in interior design preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl) is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
• Adaptable and proactive; ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Self-motivated and career oriented
• Associates degree a benefit but not mandatory
