[Pineville, NC] | Full-Time | Manufacturing Facility

Are you someone who’s been around the block and knows a thing or two about quality?

If you’ve got years of experience making things run smoother, smarter, and more reliably — we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a seasoned Quality Manager who knows ISO 9001 like the back of their hand, enjoys leading by example, and still gets a kick out of solving problems before they start.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Decades of wisdom with ISO 9001 and running a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Experience implementing and maintaining processes that actually work, not just look good on paper.
• Familiarity with other standards like ISO 13485, Six Sigma, or Lean? Great. Bonus points if you’ve used quality software tools (no need to be a tech wizard).
• Strong analytical chops – you know how to read the data, spot issues, and fix them before they become headaches.
• Comfortable with tools like root cause analysis, Pareto charts, SPC, and more.
• Natural leadership skills — you’ve led teams, mentored staff, and know how to keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
• A real stickler for the details. Whether it's documentation or process consistency, you catch what others miss.
• Deep understanding of process optimization and risk management.
• Strong communication — you’re just as good with the shop floor as you are with the front office.

Day-to-Day:

• Maintain and improve our QMS in line with ISO 9001 (and other applicable standards).
• Lead audits, quality checks, and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide team members — your legacy of quality matters here.
• Monitor risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement — but at a sustainable, sensible pace.
