Job Description:

The Alumni Relations Coordinator supports the Global Director of Alumni Relations with all aspects of the Firm’s alumni program and works collaboratively across offices, practice groups and departments to enhance the growth of our alumni relations efforts. The Alumni Relations Coordinator works under general supervision and applies initiative, with guidance, to accomplish goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain best practices, resources, and templates for the alumni program
  • Update and manage alumni data across multiple platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, and Alumni Connect
  • Analyze alumni data and track engagement metrics across platforms and initiatives; prepare reports and insights to inform strategy and measure program impact
  • Support the promotion and execution of global and regional alumni events and webinars
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external alumni communications
  • Audit and update Alumni Connect content
  • Manage alumni social media strategy for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and business development, and human resources to promote alumni initiatives and identify alumni opportunities
  • Monitor alumni mailbox and respond to requests in a timely manner

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly
  • Ability to project a professional and personable presence in person and on Zoom

Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.

Target Hiring Range $67,000 - $84,000

Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
