Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team at Finning! We are looking for a dedicated Branch Administrator to support our branch operations and contribute to our success.

As a Branch Administrator, you will report directly to the Regional Parts Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. Your responsibilities will include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations.

Job Description:

  • Working closely providing direction and support as the team resolves various day-to-day administrative challenges.
  • Manage technician gear acquisition, transfers, locker access list and keys.
  • Assist with accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage reception duties, providing a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the branch is well-equipped.
  • Conduct miscellaneous computer updates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in organizing branch events (lunches, executive visits, etc).
  • Providing general administrative support to the Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Related experience in an office environment is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling computer-related issues.

  • This position is based out of our Saskatoon branch.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Monday – Friday, 5 x 2 schedule.
