What You'll Do:

  • Architect & Lead: Architect end-to-end solutions for Sales, Service, and CPQ implementations, guiding technical strategy and execution.
  • Translate & Deliver: Partner with developers, admins, architects, and analysts to translate intricate business requirements into precise technical specifications and deliver user stories through both declarative and custom implementations.
  • Integrate & Innovate: Define and lead the implementation of sophisticated API-based integration strategies, connecting Salesforce with critical external systems.
  • Govern & Optimize: Ensure every architectural design aligns with stringent data, security, and performance standards.
  • Document & Review: Produce high-quality technical documentation, comprehensive data models, and clear solution diagrams, while leading critical code reviews, design workshops, and release planning sessions.
  • Mentor & Elevate: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior team members, fostering skill development, and promoting architectural awareness and platform ownership.
  • Strategize & Advance: Support backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria definition, driving agile development cycles.
  • Anticipate & Recommend: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Salesforce roadmap releases and proactively recommending platform innovations that deliver significant business value.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing complex Salesforce solutions, with demonstrated success leading medium-to-large scale implementations.
  • Platform Mastery: Expertise across the Salesforce platform, including deep proficiency in CPQ and Pricing Optimization & Management (PO&M).
  • Technical Acumen: Fluency in Apex, LWC, Flow, Salesforce Administration, and advanced architecture integration patterns.
  • DevOps Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and robust governance models.
  • Data & Security: Proven ability to design intricate data models, integrate diverse external systems, and manage enterprise-level security and permission structures.
  • Strategic Communicator: Exceptional ability to align technology with business strategy and articulate complex technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications You Hold:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Platform App Builder Certification
  • Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant Certification

  • Salesforce Application or System Architect Certification
  • Platform Developer I (PDI)
  • Experience with Logik.ai
