The Windows Platform & Developer Agentic OS team is building at the cutting edge of AI, systems, and user experience. If you thrive in ambitious, high-impact roles and want to shape how billions of users interact with their devices, we’d love to meet you. This is a rare opportunity to define what’s next for Windows—and for personal computing at large.
We are hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the Agentic OS (AgOS) team, a critical pillar in our mission to evolve Windows into the best and most secure platform for agents and computer-use agents (CUAs). This team is at the forefront of infusing AI and agentic capabilities deeply into the Windows operating system and developer platform—pushing boundaries on what it means to build adaptive, intelligent, and secure user experiences at scale.
You’ll define and deliver the foundational platform capabilities that allow agents to understand user context, take action on their behalf, and maintain privacy and trust across the Windows ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and cross-company AI efforts, including Azure AI and Copilot teams.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
