We're looking for a Salesforce CX Cloud Technical Architect who’s ready to make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, cutting-edge solutions across industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business needs into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using CX Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Lead with Expertise: Guide the development team in best practices through hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Build with Modern Tools: Lead the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and implement complex customizations with Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Seamlessly: Design and maintain integrations with leading middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Apigee.
  • Connect Communication Channels: Integrate Salesforce with platforms like Genesys, Five9, Twilio, and others to enable dynamic customer interactions.
  • Drive Quality Delivery: Oversee testing and deployment using modern CI/CD tools like Copado and ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
  • Document & Optimize: Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure solutions evolve to meet future needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce development and architecture, including Salesforce CX Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Development Skills: Strong hands-on experience in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization.
  • Integration Proficiency: Solid experience integrating Salesforce with middleware and communication platforms.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading design discussions, mentoring teams, and conducting code reviews.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
