What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsible for providing services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Existing B2 within Cardinal Health
• Experience in handling Medical Documentation (Written Orders, Clinical Notes, Authorization, etc.) is an advantage
• At least 1 year of tenure in current role
• No DAs for the past 12 months

What is expected of you and others at this level

• Applies acquired job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete standard tasks specifically checking the accuracy and completion of patients' medical documentation, which are required for order fulfillment
• Perform Outbound Calls to Doctor's office if necessary
• Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
• Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
• Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
• Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

• Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
