Job Description

  • Manage design phase activities, including identifying issues between design teams and vendor equipment drawings, addressing buildability concerns, and ensuring compliance with local standards and safety requirements.
  • Oversee long lead equipment procurement, tracking, and logistics, coordinating between design teams, general contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Manage on-site interfaces, conduct QA reviews of client standards, and resolve deviations or issues.
  • Monitor program progress, site development, and work quality, reviewing working programs and implementing mitigation processes for delays.
  • Coordinate sub-contractor commissioning and testing of systems against equipment vendor requirements.
  • Conduct routine site walks with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure adherence to project requirements, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Perform weekly audits on QA/QC documents and COMPASS implementation.
  • Document lessons learned for future projects and manage risk issues, including time and cost impacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or related field with significant experience in construction management
  • Proven experience in long lead equipment management, including design, cost, contract, and schedule stages
  • Strong project management skills, including design management and contract administration
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Data center construction experience preferred
