Pay Range: $34.61 - $51.57 per hour

Summary:
The Enterprise End User Technology Engineer is a dynamic role responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive end-user technology environment. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, application presentation, and print management. The engineer will ensure a seamless and efficient user experience across all platforms. Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and manage a robust end-user technology environment that includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and application presentation systems.
2. Oversee enterprise print management, ensuring efficient operation and integration with other end-user technologies.
3. Develop and maintain automation scripts and processes for the deployment and management of end-user technologies.
4. Serve as the expert and final point of escalation for complex issues across all end-user technology platforms.
5. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in end-user technology services and user experience.
6. Set and enforce standards for the use and management of end-user technologies, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to technology deployment and support.
8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in end-user computing to drive innovation and improvements.
