Pay Range: $34.61 - $51.57 per hour

Summary:

The Enterprise End User Technology Engineer is a dynamic role responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive end-user technology environment. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, application presentation, and print management. The engineer will ensure a seamless and efficient user experience across all platforms. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Other information:

  • High School Diploma and a Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a diverse range of end-user technologies is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), and application presentation platforms (SCCM/MECM, Citrix XenDesktop).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise print services and management tools.
  • Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Python) and endpoint management systems (MECM, Azure Intune, Jamf).
  • Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices for end-user devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant technologies (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, CompTIA) are highly desirable.

7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to technology deployment and support.

8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in end-user computing to drive innovation and improvements.
