Job: Senior Full Stack Developer (Enterprise Applications)

Location: Maryland

Rate: $125,000-135,000

  • This is a contract with the potential to go permanent.

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web and backend systems. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with modern development practices, supporting both internal users and external stakeholders. You will collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to architectural planning, automation pipelines, and digital modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable, interactive web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a wide range of application needs
  • Participate in peer reviews, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Draft technical documentation and integration specifications
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development using modern frameworks and tools
  • Strong background in object-oriented programming and API development
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns and system design principles
  • Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with diagramming tools and documentation standards

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
  • Exposure to modern JavaScript libraries and UI frameworks
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with content management or e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems and test-driven development

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Passion for mentoring and continuous learning
