We're seeking a talented Software Development Manager to join our team working on an innovative software management platform. We are looking for a proven leader to help lead teams of exceptional software engineers to tackle some of the hardest problems at global scale. We want someone who has a proven record of delivering highly operable and maintainable software on time, has relentlessly high standards for themselves and everyone around them and who will drive engineering best practices throughout the while constantly looking for ways to make the systems we own better.

About the team

This role is your gateway to influencing groundbreaking software solutions and steering pivotal projects at the intersection of technology and innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years in building and leading engineering teams
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
• Solid software development background with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in building web services and highly scalable applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
