Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of a broad range of test procedures such as analytical, micro, and sensory analysis used in the testing of finished goods prior to release, assisting with investigations of product performance, routine validation studies, and housekeeping within the Quality Control (QC) laboratory. The QC Technologist maintains the documentation of approved QC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) In compliance with applicable regulations and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sampling of Raw materials and products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests
• products for variety of qualities a food safety issue.
• Records test data, informing the authors with any non conformance or out of control events to take an
• action
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
• Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials and parts or products to measure.
• performance or material characteristics.
• Prepare graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis.
• Main responsibility to evaluate the Microbiological analysis.
• Buck up to the sensory and analytical inspections

Requirements:

• Briefly describe the educational background, job-related experience, technical knowledge or skills necessary to perform the job.
• Degree in Chemistry/or Biology/Food Technology or equivalent
• 2 years related experience /Fresh.
