Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join our team. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to the overall production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery efficiently.
• Participate in general labor tasks to support production processes.
• Ensure quality control and adhere to safety standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or general labor.
• Ability to operate various types of machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a general production worker is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where safety is a priority. The role requires standing and operating machinery for extended periods. The dress code is casual, but safety gear must be worn as required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
