About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on our commercial construction sites. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction management, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to coordinate across teams and trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Review and interpret construction schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to minimize delays and disruptions
• Support day-to-day functions including assisting trades and labor as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management, general contracting, and commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• OSHA certifications preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
• Experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects is a plus
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000.
