Position: Extrusion Machine Operator – All Shifts | Direct Hire + Great Pay + Growth Opportunities

Our client is hiring Entry to Mid - Level Extrusion Machine Operators across1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for a direct hire opportunity in a clean, collaborative, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift

  • Hours: 6:40 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Base Pay: $21.00/hr.
  • With Perfect Attendance: $24.00/hr.

2nd Shift

  • Hours: 2:40 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Base Pay: $21.00/hr. + $2.50/hr. shift differential =$23.50/hr.
  • With Perfect Attendance: $26.50/hr.

3rd Shift

  • Hours: 10:40 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)
  • Base Pay: $21.00/hr. + $3.00/hr. shift differential =$24.00/hr.
  • With Perfect Attendance: $27.00/hr.

Perfect Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra $3.00/hr. for regular hours and$4.50/hr. for OT hours every two weeks just for showing up on time!

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be trained step-by-step to become a skilled Extrusion Operator:

  1. Start with Packaging
    1. Package parts from extrusion lines (may handle multiple lines)
  2. Learn Quality Control
    1. Perform and record quality checks using specialized tools
  3. Advance to Machine Setup
    1. Read blueprints and job packets
    2. Set up and tear down machines
    3. Monitor counters, adjust lengths, and maintain records
    4. Perform preventative maintenance and keep your area clean

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic computer skills (each line has a workstation)
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with blueprints, extrusion, or quality inspection
