You will apply your data skills sets and business concepts to transform clients solving real life complex problems and deliver long term sustainable impact.
In this role, you’ll work through the transformation methodology to help drive enterprise-wide change with our clients, gaining a 360-degree experience of how we drive change inside organizations.
You will work with clients to set-up and execute a best-in-class transformation office and the related performance infrastructure.
You will deploy McKinsey’s transformation management tool (Wave) and various assets/solutions critical to a transformation spanning across organization health, working capital, client capability building, etc. You will enable cadence planning, impact capturing, program management and financial models drawing upon analytical tools e.g. Excel, VBA.
Working together with team members from the client and McKinsey colleagues, you will ensure seamless delivery, provide guidance and leadership to teams.
You will also coach clients, pull in the latest firm developments in technology and client service to advance the current practice and challenge consultant/client mindsets about what is possible and how things are done.
You will be based out of a NA hub location and will be part of our McKinsey’s global Transformation practice. You will also be a member of our global Client Capabilities Network.
