This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE as a graduate offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in project coordination and management while playing a key role in driving our organization’s success. Location : Warsaw, Poland

What you’ll do :

During HPE Graduate Program, you will :

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve data collection and progress measurement of client projects
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams
  • Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, logs).
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date project status reports to the leadership team
  • Suggest and help to implement enhancements to streamline progress updates, processes improvements, improve communication

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 12 months from the start date in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field of study.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple engagements and meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • Very good organisational skills, allowing to drive multiple projects in parallel
  • Self-starting with ability to learn new process and policies quickly
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Up to 12 months of relevant prior experience

What we’d prefer you bring:

  • The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of IT enterprise solutions such as hybrid cloud, storage, AI, and related technologies
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
