Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Pega PRPC Developer

We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to join our team to design and implement business-critical applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of BPM solutions and experience in developing workflows and case management solutions using Pega.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business applications using Pega PRPC.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop case types, flows, UI screens, decision rules, and integrations using Pega best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, or other connectors.
  • Write and execute unit and integration tests; troubleshoot and fix defects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, rules, flows, case management, UI, decisioning, and data model.
  • Experience with Pega version [8.x/7.x] and above.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and basic SQL.
  • Good understanding of integration techniques including REST, SOAP, and JMS.
