Job Description:

In charge of analyzing user requirements, recommend business / technical solution, producing functional /design specification. Coach and guide developers to coding and deliver the systems on time and with good quality so as to maintaining various application systems. Core responsibilities include:

• To identify system needs by working with stakeholders, and writes the specifications and other documents for the system requirements identified
• To establish detailed acceptance test procedures by joint testing with users, documentation of procedures and training of end-user on the system
• To define the objectives and format, and control the change requests; and to consolidate and prioritize system changes
• To develop business procedures and to define, gather and set parameters into system
• To conduct testing to ensure system can operate accurately, effectively, efficiently and according to requirement specification
• To study and recommend technologies and methodologies in order to support the business objectives of that function

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferred in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in pension, insurance or finance related fields
• Experience in systems built with Java/J2EE is an advantage
