Job Summary
The Information Technology Systems Engineer job family will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT systems solutions for the organization. The role involves working to develop and deploy complex systems, managing the implementation process, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. The Information Technology Systems Engineer - will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues.
Job Requirements
Education
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience
Required: At least 8 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on implementation engineering. Proven track record of leading large-scale IT implementation projects and managing teams OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Skills
Identifies and creates standard operating procedures and knowledge-based articles
Participates in strategic thinking and planning with a strong business acumen
Manages job duties that are varied and complex; utilizes independent judgement
Participates in the management of vendor performance
Identifies project risks and issues during planning and execution; participates in relevant mitigation strategies
