Monday-Friday, 3 days a week onsite required, Onsite training

This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate. This role is statewide, 14 experts with vast knowledge of all areas in RCS and this role also includes relationship building with Business Partners.

Front desk Time of Service Preferred, clinic experience preferred

Bachelor?s degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
