Madison College is seeking a strategic, student-focused leader to serve as the Director of Libraries & Academic Support Services. This position plays a vital role in shaping the success of all students by overseeing library operations, tutoring and supplemental instruction programs, and student technology support across the district. The Director ensures academic support services are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with institutional goals—enhancing learning, persistence, and completion for a diverse student body.
This position leads a dedicated team of professionals and collaborates with departments across Academic and Student Affairs to maintain and modernize support spaces, promote digital and information literacy, and drive the development of open educational resources. With a strong focus on data-informed decision-making and operational excellence, the Director contributes to institutional planning, resource optimization, and student-centered innovation.

This position will be open until filled with a first review date of July 9, 2025, at 11:59pm. After this date, the recruitment may close without further notice. This is a full-time, exempt-salary, 52-weeks-per-year position. Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30p.m. This role offers the flexibility to perform some work remotely, with supervisor approval and subject to change according to Madison College policy.
