We are hiring Senior Full Stack Developers!
Role: Senior Full Stack Developers
Supporting: Large Financial Services Client
Location: Onsite – McLean, VA
Position Description: Join our dynamic Financial Engineering team as a Senior Python Developer for a large strategic financial project. This role focuses on Python development for a software application platform that generates enterprise-level reporting based on financial statements and models. Youll be instrumental in developing and supporting the middle layer of the application, building, testing, and deploying RESTful API-based services, creating shared service components, and collaborating with various IT groups, DevOps, and User Interface teams.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Python and RESTful web services (Flask, FastAPI).
Skilled in back-end technologies: Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, NumPy, pandas, and relational databases.
Experienced in automation testing (Pytest, Unitest, Monkey patch, pytest-mockito).
Familiar with CI/CD tools: Gradle, Jenkins, Git, Conda, Pip, Jira, GitLab, Confluence.
Knowledgeable in DevOps: Linux and Docker.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in financial services (preferred but not required).
