Under general supervision, calls on prospective customers. This position spends a majority of time outside of the office calling on prospective customers and following up on sales leads. Maintains relationships with existing clients to sell the customer on continued use of Insperity’s services, ensure customer service, facilitate yearly renewals and to utilize as a source for referrals for other sales. Completes bid paperwork in a timely manner; finalizes new client contracts and participates in new client orientations to help assure first payroll is run. Much decision making is required, guided by objective while focused on daily operations with company-wide impact on image and position of the company.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is:
$82,500 - $82,500
