(abm), a Vancouver-based biotech leader, develops and markets cutting-edge research reagents for the life sciences and biotech industries. We are expanding rapidly and are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Product Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and management of our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about bringing products to market efficiently and effectively. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to help ensure a seamless product lifecycle from development through commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product development timelines and manage product launch checklists
  • Track progress on product lifecycle milestones and coordinate updates across teams
  • Maintain and update product-related documentation (e.g., specifications, SKUs, pricing, regulatory records)
  • Assist in coordinating product launches, including preparing launch materials and internal readiness assets
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure collateral, packaging, and labelling are aligned with launch plans
  • Maintain internal product databases and tools (e.g., PIM, ERP, project trackers)
  • Coordinate sample requests, product shipments, and communication between departments
  • Monitor and communicate customer feedback or issues to the appropriate teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in product coordination, project support, or marketing operations (experience in biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet) is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and initiative

Work Location

  • This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Richmond, BC.
  • Candidates must be available to work onsite from the start date. No relocation allowance is provided.
