Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor, Nutritional Services - Part Time, Days - Food&Nutrition-Patient Food Sv - Part-Time - Monday - Friday with Alternating Weekends 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
In this role, the successful candidate The main function of the supervisor is overseeing the patient food service function of the kitchen work area. This includes adherence to DOH and DNV regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise Nutritional Aides in trayline assembly and portioning of food:
Maintain daily schedule of department/ Plan monthly schedule:
Recommends hiring, orients, trains and evaluates new Nutritional Aides and Nutritional Clerks:
Responsible for day to day supervision of Nutritional Service Department:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High school diploma or equivalency.
Food Service Manager Certificate (120 hours) or equivalent
Five years experience in patient food service preferred
Experience in diet office systems and methods preferred
Able to stand for 60-70% of workday
