Production Associate-3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team on the 3rd shift(11P-7A & overtime as required). The Production Associate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production quotas are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to production guidelines
• Assemble products accurately and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
