CNC Machinist – 1st Shift
Full-Time | $25/hour
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 30-minute lunch
Location: Cedar Falls, IA
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
- Program and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Set up machines and monitor operations for accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot minor issues and ensure product quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience programming and operating CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprint reading
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (light to medium lifting)
- Must pass a standard physical and drug screen
- Safety equipment required: safety glasses and steel-toed work boots
Qualities Desired:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, clean, and organized shop
Schedule & Pay:
